The top two teams in the group will advance to the semi-finals. The semi-final will be held on 7th of Baisakh and the final on 9th of Baisakh.The team that wins this tournament will reach the 2025 Asia Cup. The 2025 Asia Cup will be held in the T20 format. The top three teams will play in the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup.
The tournament is considered as a preparation for the ICC T20 World Cup. There is also a challenge to defend the title for Nepal, who won the tournament held in Nepal last year.
